Deployed to over 200 multi-user installations, A-RAM enables end-users to submit and track system outage help desk tickets and communicate with program office personnel at the click of a button.
With defensible analytics at the ready, the program office currently uses this application to not only track system performance, but also optimize parts inventory to minimize cost and repair time.
